This Q person does not have that problem, and could come right out and tell it like it is.

I think the point here is that the things about to be exposed are too much without preparing the public. In this regard, an example Corsi gave was video of children about to be murdered and pleading for their lives. If true, certainly groundwork must be laid. I think Q is a way of giving engaged citizens a heads-up.
