I could see the shot of optimism that Donald Trump had caught during his campaign months. Just one appearance on TV made it quite obvious to me. His talk about winning and winning and winning was quite sincere — being Spirit driven I now believe. It mattered not that his outward Christian faith was nominal at best, and that churched in a virtually dead mainline denomination. He doesn’t even look like that now. He’s transcended it.
There are lots of pastors saying he accepted Christ as his Savior during the campaign and acts like a new Christian.
