Donald Trump has taken a beating from the left wing media for his remarks about Haiti. He touched the third rail of politics- he told the truth. What you may have not taken note of is that while the media pounds Trump for what he said, not one of them has tried to disprove his comments. We need not argue this with words. Videos will tell the tale

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1rgwoL1f9fQ

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dadt4IWoTcI

And this one, which for some reason I cannot get to embed, in which a young woman teaches a lesson about Haiti. In this video, she talks about kidnapping.

And in particular, this one produced four weeks before the earthquake. It opens with the words

"It was hell then. Imagine the horror now."

Crime? Did anyone ask about crime? From the US State Department:

Haiti 2016 Crime & Safety Report

Overall Crime and Safety Situation Post Crime Rating: Critical

Haiti is unique in the Caribbean for its relative lack of tourism, scarcity of foreign investment, and inferior infrastructure.

Crime Threats

Crime statistics are woefully underreported by the Haitian National Police (HNP), and reports indicating that Haiti is statistically safer than other countries in the Caribbean are inaccurate.

Traditional tourist-oriented crimes (pickpocketing, purse snatching) are less frequently reported than elsewhere in the region.

The most frequently reported crimes against U.S. citizens in Port-au-Prince are aggravated assaults and robberies. A typical mugging in Port-au-Prince involves a group of young males who surround and overwhelm their victim in a public area. Reports of robberies of Haitian-Americans visiting Haiti appear to increase around the popular holiday seasons, but that appears to correlate with an overall increase in visitor traffic. Armed robberies against motorists and pedestrians remain a serious concern. In recent years, a number of people have been robbed as soon as they departed Port-au-Prince’s Toussaint L’Ouverture airport. Banks continue to be a frequent location for armed robberies. Motorcycle-mounted assailants frequently follow their victims a short distance from the bank in order to stop and rob them in a less public area. Shootings during these incidents are common.

Trump should offer those critical of his remark a free two week vacation to Haiti.

The Left dares us to say what we all know is true, then tries to condemn us for sparking the truth with a loud ‘You can’t say that.’

After reading that, I can see why haiti is a $hithole. The residents make it a $hithole.

Words. Only words. Words that are true. Where is the outrage over the Clinton Foundation and the millions in international donations that the Clintons absconded with? That is the real scandal.

Port Au Prince, the capital of Haiti, does not have a sewer system. Think that is a true definition of shithole.

I once spent a summer working in the Caribbean, many years ago, and actually went to an outdoor dinner sponsored by Papa Doc, with some friends who were acquainted with him.

Back in those days, things were a bit safer for tourists, because Papa Doc would cut to pieces anyone who threatened them. But you still didn’t want to go out alone, or wander around in the wrong places.

The article mentions kidnapping, but doesn’t discuss the standard procedure, which was to send your family or friends an ear or a finger to prove that they had you, and threaten to cut off more if they didn’t pay up very quickly.

They’ve been doing this for decades - teaching down to the lowest common denominator in schools, forgoing aptitude or IQ tests when hiring - all to keep from ‘hurting the feelings’ of room temp IQs - but, hey, everything is fine as long as nothing is ever said about any of it.

The Democrat Party and Media are hurting their own cause.
Division and hatred is not going to cause healing. It is only going to cause more resentment for being such hypocrites.
The Democrats are pretending to help people they are not helping.

It Haiti is such a great paradise, why are people trying to leave? Durban is foolish to carry on this way. He hurts the very people he should be trying to help. Now, nobody will ever trust him again!

That’s because once you say “Racist!”, there is no more need to argue.

The average IQ in Haiti is 67, a full 18 points below that of the average black in the US. Haiti has been a sh!thole since 1803, and will continue to be. As for Africa, take a look at the average IQ’s in these places, and you’ll find 60’s and 70’s, which bring disorder, chaos, violence, and inability to actually support themselves.

It’s likely that the President did not say that word after all.

GOP senator Perdue comes to Trump’s defense after ‘s-—hole’ outcry, questions Durbin’s credibility
https://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3622643/posts

Both Perdue and Cotton said that Durbin lied about the President saying that word. Problem is, that news came out the day after and was only on the front page of Fox News for a few hours.

Umm- they don’t have to prove anything because that is not how the alinsky rules of engagement work- - they only just have to keep yammering on aBbout his non existent racism, Pulling their hair out in the process in their faux outrag, and enough sheeple will eventually believe them, and that becomes the “New Truth”

Nope, he's taken a beating from the left wing media (redundant) for Dick Durbin's latest brazen lie.

Cholera, anyone?

I was scared to go there in ‘12. Turns out cruises really do have a piece of paradise, but over the border from their big property is total mayhem and horror.

“Notice that the media slams Trump for remarks abt Haiti but not one has disproved them.”

I’m sure they quickly went to work scrubbing as many pictures of the real Haiti off the internet as they could, as quickly as possible. That’s how fake news works - not just what they report, but what they hide.
