White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders hit back at the Wall Street Journal over the weekend for allegedly doctoring President Donald Trumps words following a recent interview.
What happened? It all began when the Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday that Trump said he has a very good relationship with North Korean Dictator Kim Jong Un. Trumps comments came one day after he expressed willingness to re-enter discussions with the country over its nuclear program.
I probably have a very good relationship with Kim Jong Un, the Journal reported Trump saying.
However, the White House contests that reporting and they have released proof showing that Trump didnt say what the Journal reported him saying.
According to the White House, Trump said Id probably have a very good relationship with Kim Jong Un, not I probably have

Trump’s twitter account this morning revealed this lie from the WSJ. Which is also trying to say he had 100 hookers during the primary season, lol! So jealous that he and not the Establishment is responsible for the stock market.
Yesterday the Swamp Thing WSJ “reported” the claim — DENIED by BOTH parties — that Trump paid off a porn star with $130,000 of hush money. Time to suspend their WH correspondent for a week.
One of the most effective things Rush Limbaugh has done has been the publication of a transcription of his radio program on his website. Lots of folks over the years have tried to gin false controversy over things they incorrectly believe he has said, and they all die away, thanks in large part to the availability of the transcript. Tedious as it may be, the White House should be doing this - and recording all meetings with Congressional Leadership. Oh, and one more thing - they need to announce that Dick Durbin is persona non grata at the White House - and that Senate Democrats, other than Durbin are welcome.
Either the WSJ reporter is a liar or does not understand basic English grammar and does not know the difference between a declarative sentence and a subjunctive sentence.
Journalists hear what they want to hear.
“Either the WSJ reporter is a liar or does not understand basic English grammar and does not know the difference between a declarative sentence and a subjunctive sentence.”
They’ll probably claim it was a typo, or that Trump didn’t speak clearly, likely due to his dementia. Take responsibility? Never!
It just may be a combination of simple ignorance and bias.
Dick Durbin and WSJ. There is just no excuse for misquoting the President of the United States, let alone any president anywhere.
Sarah Sanders 2024!
It’s like they don’t realize everything is recorded these days...
BAM!
The WSJ hates Trump for attempting to close the open borders. He gifts corporate America with a huge tax reduction and they are still spreading lies to stick the knife in him.
Maybe the people should rise up and start treating these journalists like Evel Knievel did...
