Disagree. It is the best strategy. Sit back while the leaks come out to build cases for Grand Juries.
"FR is loaded today with cynical posts about the government's ineptitude when it comes to prosecuting these cases, which indicates momentum being lost, and the statue of limitations are supposedly expiring on many things on a regular basis. I'm still hopeful that Trump will eventually play his cards, and they will be winners, but appearing somewhat helpless on these matters for already a quarter of his term has delivered some damage in the minds of some of his own supporters."
I believe them to be wrong. They are just dis-heartened by depth of the Deep State that now is finally being exposed. I was also dis-heartened during W's second term, and of course, 8 socialist years under Hussein Obama. I never imagined such corruption in the FBI. It was obvious with AG Lynch and Billy meeting on the tarmac, but the FBI Director? That really put a big hit to the heart. Now it's all out there how corrupt Comey was.
"I heard someone say that if they are married, that some discussions can be considered confidential. But I am not a lawyer, much less in that particular district or court."
They way it works: Spouses cannot be compelled to testify against each other, but they can voluntarily testify. When the Fake News of them cancelling their divorce came out, that was the reasoning. However, it turns out they only withdrew the public divorced proceeding and are going to settle in private.
I'm wondering why, since their both knee-deep in the Hillary e-mail classified documents scandal and newly opened investigation. They claim it's for their child. Really? One is a Perve in prison, the other has been attached to Hillary for years and who sent the classified docs to her Perve husband. Please. There's something else going on with them.
There should already be more than enough info to proceed if they were really committed to lowering the boom on the Rats, I would think. It took almost nothing to appoint Mueller as special counsel, even knowing the turmoil that would bring the country. We shouldn’t get discouraged, but we can’t assume the right moves are all being made, either. Generally speaking, law enforcement prefers to work on a “hot case” than a “cold one” which is why those terms exist. Too much time for evidence to get buried, alibis to be coordinated, people to forget important details, etc. And in this case, people to lose faith.
