To: A Navy Vet

There should already be more than enough info to proceed if they were really committed to lowering the boom on the Rats, I would think. It took almost nothing to appoint Mueller as special counsel, even knowing the turmoil that would bring the country. We shouldn’t get discouraged, but we can’t assume the right moves are all being made, either. Generally speaking, law enforcement prefers to work on a “hot case” than a “cold one” which is why those terms exist. Too much time for evidence to get buried, alibis to be coordinated, people to forget important details, etc. And in this case, people to lose faith.

You make good points, sir. However, I will continue to assume and predict that certain bad actors are going down with these NEW "hot case" investigations. They may be low and mid-level players, but they will tarnish the Obama administration's legacy forever.

If nothing else, it will prove the submersible pump is being placed in the DC swamp. Yes, it will take a long time to drain, but people like Trump, with all his stupid Tweets, are the right people to keep the pump going.
