I am issuing a blanket apology to FR for all my harassment regarding donations to FR. I will cease and desist immediately.

I’d like to see FR get better by adapting to mobile use (visible text windows, adjustable font, etc)

Ease of posting. The questionnaires just to post something are way past ridiculous and are based on mainstream media deserving royal respect.

There are ways to improve this site to get a lot more in donations.

Sorry, not really following your train of thought on this. A persons contribution goes into the donations wether they contributed anonymously, or by name. I’m not following you on how “they” are the ones responsible for the long FReepathons. I would think that rather then bashing the anonymous, getting others who don’t contribute to do so would be better, buts that’s just me, you think differently.

People who don’t contribute are indistinguishable from people who contribute and remain anonymous. If you can’t understand this, I can’t help you.

It is simple: if everyone who actually contributes is known, then the social pressure on those who don’t will increase and they will be more likely to contribute.

Uh, yea, I understand that. Still doesn’t answer my question on how a contribution done anonymously or by name, extends the FReepathon. The only explanation I can surmise from your posts, although you haven’t stated it outright, is that you believe there are no anonymous doners.

Obviously you can’t, and I understand that’s a problem for you. Maybe you should suggest to Jim to do away with the anonymous option when donating, or at least ping him to this thread and get his thoughts on it, it is his site after all.
