If FBI brass was trying to bury the alleged investigation into the Las Vegas Mandalay Bay massacre, that task just got much harder.
According to FBI sources with direct knowledge of the FBI probe of the Oct. 1 deadly shooting, federal agents have not seen any surveillance video showing alleged gunman Stephen Paddock loading up his hotel suite with rifles and ammunition.
“No one has seen that on the video we were provided by MGM,” a FBI source said. “Vegas (PD) has looked at the same video. Paddock is on surveillance video but the guns are not. He’s not carrying bags or cases with rifles.”
How did more than 12 assault rifles get into Paddock’s hotel suite then?
FBI sources noted that there could in fact be video proof of Paddock transporting a dozen guns and thousands of rounds of ammunition to his 32nd-floor hotel suite in Mandalay Bay but MGM Resorts International, who owns the hotel, could be hiding the video.
“They (MGM) control the surveillance video,” one FBI source said. “I have never seen that in any other case. We (the FBI) control the physical evidence.”
Paddock supposedly stayed as a guest at Mandalay Bay for several days prior to his alleged role in the rampage which gunned down over 500 people, including 58 who were killed. Yet, FBI sources show no video of him transporting guns to the 32nd floor?
Another mystery in what has become a bizarre national cover-up on many levels of the massacre.

That’s the real question: why doesn’t the FBI have all video assuredly covering every move the perp & helpers (knowing or not) made?
As for getting “all that guns & ammo in”, well, packed right they don’t actually take up much space, and it’s not unusual for someone attending a convention for many days to bring lots of luggage.
The article clearly says he isn’t carrying cases or bags. That could contain guns.
So there were others involved.
That was my thought, too. Guns are in bags or cases on a dolly a bellhop is pushing.

There were photos of stacked loaded mags. Some were 100 round sticks.
So then the FBI/CIA supplied all the guns that shot 500 Americans murdering 58.

Okay, that answers the question of how 200 rounds could be fired at the door.
So why the story that magazines _weren’t_ loaded and that they had to spend time loading them up to shoot at the crowd? That’s what the author says was the reason for the interruptions in the firing.
My point: If two gunmen can put 200 rounds from two 100rd. magazines into a door when there’s a knock, then they should have ready magazines to keep up a sustained rate from more than one weapon when firing at the crowd, too. But that’s not what the story says happened. They say there were periodic interruptions to load up empty magazines because Paddock didn’t have that many ready when making his sale.
I am to the point, that if the FBI says the sky is blue, I am going outside to see if it's true. They might be lying.
Simple. He ordered the guns from room service.
What The Heck?!! From the photos I have seen they were all Modern Sporting Rifles. A person can break those things down into much smaller components and carry them in using regular luggage. Just because he didn't bring them in using any type of gun case doesn't mean he didn't bring them in.
Didn't I read in October they have video of him bringing in a bunch of luggage? That is all he needed with the type of guns he used.

There is no Las Vegas Police Chief.
The Las Vegas Police Department and the Clark County Sheriff’s Department merged in the early 1970’s. The sheriff is an elected official.
The sheriff did seem to have an FBI handler, or watcher, at some of those news conferences. There is a lot that the public does not know. The families of those killed are certainly entitled to know exactly what happened.
I thought Paddock used a service elevator?
Are there cameras near those elevators?
