Steve Bannon understands the truth about the Mueller probe, and the media still don’t
The Blaze ^ | January 3, 2018 | Leon Wolf

Over a year ago, when the media were already obsessed about alleged Russian interference in the 2016 election, I wrote that the Trump empire’s entanglement with troubled financial giant Deutsche Bank presented the only real existential threat to Donald Trump’s presidency. The media have largely ignored this story in favor of the more sensational (and much more spurious) story about Trump’s alleged collusion with the Russian government during the 2016 election.

They are still doing it today, even in the face of mounting evidence that special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe isn’t really about collusion with Russian election tampering at all. But it’s obvious that one person understands what is really happening, and that’s former Trump adviser Steve Bannon.

I know that there are a lot of people who simply cannot accept the fact that Trump beat Hillary Clinton because it seems to them that he should not have beaten her, but it’s time for those people to come to grips with the fact that it happened, that it wasn’t the fault of the Russians, and that it is never going to be undone through impeachment.

However, buried in the interview is an indication that Bannon understands where the real danger to Trump’s presidency lies, and that’s from his companies’ financial entanglements with institutions like Deutsche Bank.

The Russia story is a non-story. Deutsche Bank may be more of a danger than Russia.

So, this guy’s saying that Trump owes DB money, so he must be laundering money? It sounds like they’re saying only fat cat career politicians and bureaucrats should be allowed to be president because they don’t care about money. People like Clinton or Obama. Yeah, that’s real ethical.

Trump considered running for president back in the 80’s and became only more interested over time. Finally, he tried to run as an Independent, before reassessing the competency of the Party itself, and then he backed out.

My point is Trump has had decades to decide to run and to clean his nose accordingly, repair his personal profile, ready his business profile and shine up his financials, in the event he would decide to make a serious run for the presidency.

I think the big bank has its problems and Trump does not share in them. Imho..

Many of the never-Trumpers are in reality, Communist moles. Part of their function is to join the resistance.

“where the real danger to Trump’s presidency lies, and that’s from his companies’ financial entanglements with institutions like Deutsche Bank.”

Translation into inuendo-free fact-based English: Trump companies do business with banks. Now, that’s a scoop!

What he’s saying is that whatever went on with Deutsche Bank is more of a threat to trump than the Russia nonsense ever was. That may well be correct.

“I think the big bank has its problems and Trump does not share in them. Imho..”

I agree. Not only has he had time to clean up his books, but he has also put two years of his presidency under his belt. The time for his enemies to pounce was in the infancy of his term, before he had a chance to build a real track record.

While there can be differing opinions regarding whether President Trump is “presidential” enough, there is simply nothing in his behavior during his first two years that comports with 2016 predictions that he would be a dangerous, moronic, deeply corrupt, power-happy tyrant. He has proven otherwise with the whole world watching, simply by surviving two years without the world ending.

I think whatever subject matter winds up in the Mueller report, it will be dismissed by the public as more partisan fodder for Democrats and their MSM shills to regurgitate and re-swallow.

So pleased to hear that, *e! Trump is a producer. That should matter to a thinning supply of sane voters.

Not surprising that a troubled bank makes loans that more secure banks don’t have to deal with.

And they all are dirty in terms of international money laundering.

The Trump organization was long known for cash condo sales to Russians in what was often presumed to be money laundering on the part of the Russians. But what the Trumps did there was apparently perfectly legal.

I think the Kushner dealings particularly are a risk to Trump, which is why I think there could be something to the reports that the Bushes and Trumps made a deal after Poppy’s funeral to keep the real dirt on both sides from being dug at directly—with Barr put in as the Bush property to assure that that is carried through on both sides.
