Donald Trump was "befuddled" by his election win, did not enjoy his inauguration and was scared of the White House, according to a new book.
Journalist Michael Wolff's Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House also purports to lift the lid on Ivanka Trump's secret presidential ambitions.
The book details Mr Trump's regard for media titan Rupert Murdoch, though the admiration was apparently not mutual.
Michael Wolff's book was reportedly based on more than 200 interviews.
But White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said the book was filled with "false and misleading accounts".
The author says he was able to take up "something like a semi-permanent seat on a couch in the West Wing" following the president's inauguration for a close-up insight into the administration.

Presidents have the swamp to tell them what to do.

Leave it up to Mr. Berlin to keep peddling leftist the bull sh*t, like this frauds book.
Although it was common for American presidents to have marital sex in the White House throughout the 19th Century, the practice has become increasingly rare in modern times. The last president believed to have frequent intercourse in the White House was Calvin Coolidge whose relationship with his wife, Grace, became intensely passionate following the death of their younger son from an infected blister.
I suspect most Presidents and First Ladies have had separate rooms. There are enough bedrooms in the White House that space isn't a concern. Adjoining rooms are a possibility if intimacy is desired.
And I looked at Donald Trump's face and I didn't see anything like that. I saw a man who was patiently waiting for the niceties to end so that he could begin his take over. Period.
Liberace...??!!??
I'm CRAZY about Liberace...!!!

Their days of trustworthyness are long gone.
"Trump, in fact, found the White House to be vexing and even a little scary. He retreated to his own bedroom - the first time since the Kennedy White House that a presidential couple had maintained separate rooms.
I'm calling BS on this. There's no way that Bill shared a room with Hillary, and I have doubts that Obama shared a room with Michele, too.
