Please answer this question if u feel u have a logical explanation.
What precludes Sessions from ordering DOJ and the FBI from
providing congress with the documents and witnesses they have
demanded? Just because Sessions has recused himself from
everything does not mean he cannot order documents be provided
to congress.

If Weiner had any by”insurance” it didn’t keep him out of prison. And once the feds got their hands it, it no longer had any value. If anyone has dirt on the Clintons they’d be wise to let the world know they have it and there’s a dead man’s switch putting it on the internet.
