Please answer this question if u feel u have a logical explanation.
What precludes Sessions from ordering DOJ and the FBI from
providing congress with the documents and witnesses they have
demanded? Just because Sessions has recused himself from
everything does not mean he cannot order documents be provided
to congress.

He legally recused himself from having anything to do with Russia. That means, by extension, that anything to do with the election could be said to have been “Russian”, up to and including the Murder of Seth Rich, until proven otherwise.
