As an owner of both a Glock 26 and a Glock 42 (very close in dimensions to the 43) I can tell you that the real world differences are vastly greater than the measurements would suggest.

Comparing them, I’d still prefer my Kimber Micro.

Timely post! Looking for a new CCW and am looking t the Glock 26 Gen 4.

I'm typically an HnK bigot however carrying an HnK USP9 isn't the easiest thing in the world .....

Going to have to go with the 26....in today's world of BLM/ANTIFA/ISIS, you have to have the capability to employ high STANDARD capacity magazines......so you can lay down fire as you retrieve your 870 or M4 "trunk monkey".

Weight in the magazine load is the biggest difference for ease of carry, IME.

I have both. The 43 is easier for CCW as it is thinner and does not print like the 26, though with a good jacket the 26 won’t print, either. The 26 has greater capacity, of course.

I shoot both of them very well.

My favorite Glock is the 19, and that is okay for CCW if the jacket is heavy enough. I only weigh 150 pounds so I am somewhat limited as to the size of the pistol I can comfortably carry.

I am a Glock fan, in case you can’t tell!

Jeeesus

Gotta be pretty bored to come up with this comparison

Basically same gun. Different magazine capacity

How about put them in ur hand and go with the one that feels better

This one is already at the eye roll level of the 9 mm . 45 debate

I’ve IWB carried a G26 for many years. No question that ANY reduction in width would be greatly appreciated. Am hoping to acquire a G43 this year.

Glock 19/23 is as small as I want to go, size wise. Glock 23 is my primary carry pistol.

Another sterling example why it’s G-d’s own mystery why anyone bothers to visit Am Shooting Journal, yet, ironically, it by far is the most frequently quoted-from gun website on this board.

It’s a shame the dinosaurs had to die so we could watch that pointless piece of fluff.
