Fox military analyst: 'Nikki Haley may end up as our first female president'

Fox military analyst Ralph Peters hailed U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley on Fox Business on Thursday, declaring that the former South Carolina governor "may end up our first female president."

Peters praised Haley for taking a tough stance following the U.N.'s opposition to U.S. recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's capital but also cautioned against the U.S. making threats it's "not prepared to carry out."

The U.N. in a 128–9 vote on Thursday overwhelmingly rebuked President Trump's decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital. Thirty-five countries abstained from voting.

"Is this like a game of chicken? They’re saying, ‘We don’t want you to do this,’ but we’re saying, ‘We have the money here. If you want to continue to be supported by us, you’re going to let us do what we want,’” said "Intelligence Report" host Trish Regan.

“Well, let me preface it by saying I think Nikki Haley may end up as our first female president," replied Peters, a retired U.S. Army lieutenant colonel and Fox contributor.

“Any person, no matter the status of their parents, is a du solei citizen of this country when born in this country.”

Anchor baby citizenship is a new concept which is not in accordance to the Constitution, as per many Constitutional experts. As in non-citizens, not subject to the jurisdiction of this country, sneaking across the border, illegally, to pop out a baby. It is an affront to common sense, and the Founders who wrote the Constitution had plenty of common sense.

The Naturalization Act of 1790 plainly defines “natural born” as born of citizen parents. If her parents had been naturalized citizens, she would be natural born. They were not, neither were Rubio’s, Jindal’s, and at least Cruz’s father.

Where does FOX get these analysts? Good grief there are people on TV that have no business being there whatsoever. This guy is a joke. Does he think this is Nikki Haley setting policy or might she be following direction of the President? /S

14th Amendment:

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. [Emphasis added]

The 14th Amendment happened in 1867, well after the 1790 Naturalization Act, so that was not a current or accurate support for your claim.

I'll bet your one of those folks that claims paying taxes on "wages" is unconsteestwoshonul, too, right?

The Naturalization Act of 1790 was superseded by the 14th Amendment to the Constitution in 1868.

Fine, but what makes you think this women or any women would be a good choice for president? Cause she sounded tough (tough talk anyway) regurgitating the policy and direction of the President Of The United States?

I find it disturbing that people have accepted this idea that a women, ANY women could just as easily be qualified to be President Of The United States as a man. That can be called sexist all day but the reality is men and women are very different and the role of Commander in Chief is one expressly suited to a man. I consider this to be the most basic of common sense that somehow has been lost today as our open mindedness has advanced to the point our brains fell out. Obviously years and years of liberal nonsense has to a degree affected even most conservatives. The CINC is the supreme military leader of the armed forces. At this point I always ask for people to think of all the great female military leaders throughout all of human history. Everyone comes up with about the same 3 to 5 names of which ALL the rest in all of human history are men. So what are the chances Nikki Haley will be number 6?

I made the mistake in 1988 of voting for George”New World Order”H.W. Bush, a former UN ambassador. I’ve been beating up on myself for that ever since. Nikki Haley for President? Uh-Uh, not for me.

Ralph Peters is a moron. Nicki Haley was the worst RINO governor evah! I would not vote for her for any reason. She’s doing fine at the UN because Trump keeps a lid on her.

I really don't understand why Nimrata Haley (or, as I prefer to call her, Nimrata Nanantatee) has such a devoted following among many at FR.

I haven't heard her say anything that couldn't have just as easily come from the mouth of John McCain or Lindsey Graham. Yet people who (rightly) hate McCain and Graham love Nimrata. Maybe they like the fact that she's less geriatric than McCain and manlier than Graham?

Nimrata Haley is an empty suit without a single substantive thought or piece of worthwhile knowledge in her head. She recently stated that "every terrorist act and organization in the Middle East is supported by Iran." You don't have to be sympathetic to Iran to recognize the absurdity of the statement, since the Sunnis of Al Quaeda and ISIS hate Shia Iran as much as they hate non-Muslims. Such inane statements are the norm for Nimrata.
