Bunkerville Standoff: Prosecutors Want Defense Case Limited Again
Nextrush Free ^ | 12/19/2017 | Nextrush/Self

Late Monday, Acting US Attorney Steven Myhre filed a motion saying the defense should not be allowed to say federal agents actions caused the defendants to be entrapped or to act in self-defense.

This is a repeat of the stance he took in the first two trials where evidence of entrapment and aggressive federal actions that caused the defendants to act the way they did was not disclosed to defense lawyers.

The jurors are scheduled to come back to the courthouse tomorrow and we should find out then what the path of the trial will be, if any

Is this move going to succeed again in light of what we know now? Is it for "propaganda purposes" for a future jury pool if there is a mistrial?......

Resistance is not supposed to be futile and the BLM doesn’t want you to know this.

Actually both Trump and Rip van Sessions have strong Statist tendencies/proclivities/sympathy, especially when dealing with Real Estate.

Well why doesn’t the BLM and prosecutor just go ahead and put out a list of arguments the defense is allowed to make.

Tyrants. Damned tyrants.

The prosecutor makes his case, the defense makes any argument he deems relevant. The Jury decides. At least it was that way in old America.

He was praised by the Southern gentleman Sessions? Did they wake him up one afternoon.

The president’s business experience includes development of real estate. He did not like government regulation getting in the way of it.

I can agree with him in principle on that.

This case should cause us to think a little bit about Uniparty politics bought and paid for business interests.

Is the “protection of land” for real or is it a subterfuge to fake out environmentalists with the end game being little people losing their land like the Bundy’s as part of a transition process that will leave land in the hands of big business interests or being used by big corporations who buy politicians?

Didn’t president trump unwind, rescind obsmmy’s last minute landgrabbing of private property , though? I believe it was several million acres?

Trump has expressed support of eminent domain of private property for private (corporate) purposes.
