I’m just a monthly paying “newbie” trying to figure out why the animosity every time a Bundy Ranch post shows up. I don’t really care what the source of the information is. Some of us really are interested, and Free Republic is my main news source.

You misunderstand. Information exists. Things happen. There are many sources to anything. If someone chooses to get all that info from various sources and write about it in a personal blog for all to see, that’s fine. We get the benefit of the summation. By your definition, everyone who posts on this site is a thief as their “news” was taken from someone else.
