US District Judge Gloria M. Navarro has relaxed the home detention pre-trial release of three defendants in the third Bunkerville Standoff trial.
In response to a request from Ryan Bundy, Judge Navarro agreed that Ryan, his brother Ammon Bundy and Ryan Payne will be free subject to a 9pm to 5m curfew.
Ryan Bundy has also notified the court that he and the other two defendants out on pre-trial release will freely communicate with each other.......

Why?
Because even this biased judge can not deny the prosecutorial and FBI and BLM misconduct. She is attempting to insulate herself from disbarment.
Her decision on the future course of the trial is expected next week. The jury was told to come back on Wednesday December 20th.
The prosecutors broke the rules big time and that deserves to be more widely known about which this secretive hearing process now underway prevents.
There needs to be discovery of FBI emails concerning the Bundys. They may be as dirty as the ones concerning President Trump.
Then notsohumblegunner needs to post more clearly. Would love to share a beer with him but the second he goes all holier than thou, ear box. Kapow!!! (he is a lovable jackass, but a jackass nonetheless.)
This case needs to be dismissed with prejudice.
