...But I am happy to have EFAD and the next two displayed prominently in my library. Question: Were there hardcover versions?
No hardcovers, at my small scale it costs too much to warehouse both hardbacks and trade paperbacks. You pay storage for each pallet on the floor, so it’s more cost effective to have only one type per title. (Plus e-books of course.)
