Republicans don’t have sex lives and they don’t want anyone else to have one either.
“Colbert admitted the anecdote was charming, but he also couldnt help himself: ‘Its a good thing Karen was there, because you do not want to leave Mike Pence alone with one of those seductive loaves of bread. The yeast isnt the only thing thats rising.’
What a PIG. I hope there are a few girls/women in Colbert’s past that start singing!!
I think VP Pence is aces in a lot of ways; especially in the way he TENDS TO HIS MARRIAGE!
Colbert and all of the Hollywood pukes could learn a thing of two from him. Jerks.
Mike Pence represents Trump’s America.
The growing list of scumbags represent the progressive left and elite uniparty.
I’m not mocking the ‘Mike Pence rule’ but I sure as hell wouldn’t adopt it.
I was so glad to see that Vice President Pence had that standard when it was first reported.
When I first became a Christian (almost 30 yrs. ago now!), our pastor had this same standing rule. At first, I was a little offended thinking, “Wow, I can’t believe he is so untrusting of women!” He even went to far as to be sure he had full glass double doors to his counseling office to ensure privacy but visibility.
But as I grew as a Christian, I understood that He was trying to be above reproach and false accusations.
What godly wisdom these men have!
A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished.” Proverbs 22:3
There are times when the left’s non-negotiable habit of not having any control over their collective and individual ability NOT to mock Republicans leads them to say genuinely stupid things. This is one of those times.
Why is it anyone’s business what Mike Pence does with his wife? It’s nobody’s business if someone wants to marry their garden sculpture or have sex with their parakeet. Why is it anything that’s skin off the back of a dips**t libtard?
...”According to Colbert, Pences rule about not dining alone with women can only mean one thing: Mike Pence is such an out-of-control, force-five bone-icane that he has to be monitored by Karen Pence at all times. One Amstel Lite and hes dry-humping the bread basket. O.K.? Oh, theres snow on the roofbut theres a fire in the furnace.
He is so naughty, if you left him alone with a bottle of whiskey, he might try to have sex with it, Colbert quipped. And Jim Beam and Jack Daniels are both dudes, and hes not into that scene. All right? He has to pray away the Mount Gay.
Even Pences engagement storyhe hid a ring and a bottle of champagne in two hollowed-out loaves of bread when he and Karen went out to feed some ducksbecame fodder for ridicule.
Colbert admitted the anecdote was charming, but he also couldnt help himself: Its a good thing Karen was there, because you do not want to leave Mike Pence alone with one of those seductive loaves of bread. The yeast isnt the only thing thats rising....
In my world these are evil statements and certainly not funny. Who would watch this guy on T.V. anyway. Oh, wait! I know the answer to that.
“Rev. Billy Graham, who refused to travel, meet or dine alone with a woman.”
IIRC, he wouldn’t even be in an elevator with any woman not his wife.

The rule makes a ton of sense. I modified it a bit....my wife has to know the woman...ie they have had to met at a company picnic or social event or been to our house.
Never had to use it. There were always others who wanted to go for lunch, or happy hour or whatever.....and never drove alone. It isn’t difficult.....unless you really do want to graze new grass.
NOTE that the rules of Free Republic REQUIRE the original title, the error is from the source, NOT THE POSTER! So where have all of the copy and proof editors gone - they be blowin' in the wind!
Now making meself scarce from the fallout!
Note that the blog pimp fixed his title already.
Billy Graham had this rule forever.
Sadly, we have to have two adults in every Sunday School room with the kids these days. Both for the actual threat of some creep as a teacher (the Texas church shooter volunteered with church kids), as well as the possibility of a child coming up with ideas.
Phrasing the question in this manner leads to an entirely different debate:
From NPR
The question of when or whether it's appropriate to hold a child back in school is a heated one among teachers, parents and even politicians.
And a new study is adding some kindling to the debate.
Researchers found that the rate at which kids are held back in education circles it's called "grade retention" has dropped dramatically. From 1995 to 2005, the overall retention rate hovered near 3 percent. But, from 2005 to 2010 it fell to 1.5 percent.

Now the LEFT and its enablers insist that there is no absolute civil virtues nor should we learn of admirable historical figures without full exposure of their foibles! Of course the MSM and popular culture seems to emphasize and glorify outlaws and bad behavior in movies and music and then wonder why the consumers of such dreck behave as they do!
Here is a poem that I would seriously doubt being taught in most of Academia but that speaks so strongly to this current spate of "men behaving badly";
Colbert teaches Sunday School at his Catholic Church. Not kidding.
Most of the families I know with many children are conservative, and usually Republican.
I am nearly certain that most - perhaps even all! - of those children resulted directly from heterosexual copulation, a.k.a., a sex life.
You are either being sarcastic, ignorant, or are conveniently conflating immoral promiscuity with active sexuality.
The Puritans and Pilgrims were very sexual - within marriage. They engaged in animal husbandry, and were quite well acquainted with sexuality and procreation. If they had not been, they would not have survived the harsh environment and high mortality of the pioneering era.
(If your post was intended as sarcasm, it failed of its purpose.)
