As for due process for Sen. Franken and Rep. Conyers, they deserve due process every bit as much as Judge Roy Moore does
If Rep. John Conyers and Sen. Al Franken deserve due process as Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi and other Democrats insist, isnt that a privilege provided to citizens held to all of the laws of the United States?
In the case of Conyers, it has been adjudicated! All they have to do is release the records.
Due process has no bearing in today’s society unless it is for the privileged as long as it is being tried in the court of the media.
They’re correct in what they are asking, but they are disingenuous in who they are asking for. They are asking for proof to convict/smear Franken, of which they have had pictures published. And Conyers of which they’ve had more women step forward than Tiger Woods.
Yet they are trying to put the heal to the throats of Moore and Trump with little or no evidence and they have been after Trump for over two years and can’t get anything more than conjecture. While letting Hilly get by with a “she didn’t do it on purpose lie” concerning allowing sensitive info to be “picked” off her private home server when she never would have gotten a CAC card if she hadn’t been briefed.
And the bad part is that it is also being done by the, so called, conservative base like McConnell and Paul Ryan for instance. And these a$$-halfs are supposed to be in charge and were sent there to protect the conservative party for those that belong. It would take Trump three times the time he has to clean out the crap in the swamp. And apparently no one to help him get it done.

The only work many of them have been doing is having sex at our expense. Time to remove those who are no longer worthy to serve
you mean forced sex with unwilling participants at our exspense.
Imagine if a photo of Roy Moore surfaced showing him with a shit eating grin on his face feeling up a sleeping woman. No due process needed then. The stench of hypocrisy burns my nostrils.
In any case, the stupid liberal assumed that the women would stay silent out of embarrassment or fear. Failing that, the powerful liberal men (professing to be sensitive to women's issues) would discredit, demean or buy off the women they used.
The sex con was fashioned after the MO of then-Arkansas Gov. Bill Clinton inviting Paula Jones, a low-level state employee, to his hotel room at a conference and lewdly propositioned her.
......think Harvey Weinstein asking young actresses to give him a massage or watch him take a shower or forcing his pecker into their mouths.........or John Conyers asking a staffer to touch his icon.......
None of this empowered women. Intimidation was an inherent part of the sex con.
Then-First Lady "Hillary the feminist" was part and parcel of it----setting up a bimbo eruption team with tax dollars to demean willy's accusers. Hillary called Monica a "narcisstic loony tune."
It amazes me that Peckerwood's leading lights like George Clooney and Meryl Streep say they "did not know" about Weinstein.....a guy they knew professionally and socially.
Yet, thousands of miles away, young women graduates of the New York Film School were warned to not take jobs offered by The Weinstein Company
BEFORE Congressman Slept With And Then Sued Allegedly Drug-Addicted Staffer

Texas Democratic Rep. Al Green had sex with a staffer who he said was a drug addict and then sued her when she threatened to go public with claims she suffered a hostile work environment, saying he will not be extorted or blackmailed.
Lucinda Daniels, his onetime district director, claimed she suffered a hostile work environment, claimed sexual harassment and demanded $1.8 million. Green sued her, saying she was using their sexual relationship to shake him down at the behest of other unnamed conspirators.
Daniels has threatened to go public with her complaints if the Congressman does not per her money. Green has done nothing wrong and refuses to pay hush money just for political expediency. Green will not be extorted or blackmailed by Daniels. He will not be the victim of a shakedown by Daniels and her agents. Green demands vindication of his actions and now sues Daniels for declaratory judgment relief relating to her workplace allegations and her quest for money, documents Green filed in federal court in 2008 say.
Daniles claimed Greene retaliated against her in the workplace because of her gender and because she refused additional romantic requests. Green rejected her claims as false.

Texas Democratic Congressman Al Green sent an out-of-the-blue press release Monday acknowledging the existence of a previous sexual assault allegation against him, but denying it ever happened.
Green sent an unprompted joint statement to Washington Post reporter Mike DeBonis signed by himself and Green’s former district director, Lucinda Daniels, denying anything untoward happened between the two.
“In the present climate, we wish to jointly quiet any curious minds about our former and present relationship with one another. We are friends, and have long been friends,” they wrote.
Greene Spox: “The attached statement is in reference to a circumstance that occurred in 2008. This circumstance did not involve the Cong. Office, nor the Office of Employment Counsel & did not involve the use of any taxpayer money.” 3:04 PM - Nov 27, 2017
“At an unfortunate time in our lives, when both of our feelings were hurt, we hastily made allegations and charges against one another that have been absolutely resolved. As consenting friends, we both regret our former claims and have since then maintained a respectful friendship,” the statement continued.
“We are friends,” they added for good measure.
“The attached statement is in reference to a circumstance that occurred in 2008,” a Green spokesman told DeBonis. “This circumstance did not involve the Congressional Office, nor the Office of Employment Counsel and did not involve the use of any taxpayer money.”
In 2008, Daniels publicly accused Green of forcing her to have sex with him. Green retaliated with a lawsuit maintaining the sex was consensual and claiming she threatened to sue him for workplace discrimination unless he paid her.
Eventually, both parties dropped their accusations against each other and issued a joint statement similar to Monday’s.
“Congressman Alexander Green and Lucinda Daniels have both resolved and settled their respective disputes without payment, promise or receipt of any money. They regret any circumstances that created this dispute,” attorneys told the Houston Chronicle.
