Discussion on is it necessary or not to learn Russian in ethnic Rupublics will lead to another war, the head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, told Telegram.
According to him, Russian land is multianational and multilingual, but the creator and master is a Russian man. "We, the peoples inhabiting Russia, must communicate with each other. And the Russian language unites us all. The Russian language is compulsory in our country, it is the language of the land. Everyone who lives in Russia has the right to learn from Russian. It does not matter how many languages you speak, because of the inability to listen each other, it will be impossible to get along", he said.
Earlier the first deputy chairman of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Russia, Damir Mukhetdinov earlier said that he does not understand why in all regions of the country the study of the Russian language is mandatory.
At the same time, high school students in Karachaevo-Cherkessia at a school referendum voted for the introduction of additional hours in the Russian language and the need to study in the school of their native language, reports TASS.
In August, the Prosecutor General's Office and the Rosobrnadzor carried out an audit of compliance with legislation that controls the provision of citizens' rights to voluntarily study their native language from among the languages of the peoples of the Russian Federation and the state languages of the national republics that are part of the country.
The inspection could be connected with the fact that in Tatarstan the issue of studying the Tatar language in the republic was discussed at the session of the State Parliament. The President of the republic, Rustam Minikhanov, called lawmakers for not politicizing this issue and resolving the issue within the framework of Constitution.
