Latest installment in the ongoing saga of Everythings Racist . . .
Joe Scarborough has asserted that President Trump deployed a racist dog whistle when he recently criticized LaVar Ball.
Trumps beef was that LaVar had refused to give the President any credit for arranging the release of Balls son LiAngelo, who along with two other UCLA basketball players had been arrested for shoplifting in China.

It seems your blog is popular. And probably for some good reasons.
I still think if youre posting your own material here, you shouldnt excerpt it, and you should be up front about it being your blog. I dont think you should be farming FReeRepublic for customers.
But what the heck, I dont guess it matters much.
I am upfront about it. Any time someone criticizes something in or about the blog, as you did, I always explain that it is my work, saying “governs=Finkelstein.”
Up front, as in letting us know before we click, not after.
I’d also add that there’s a history behind my cross-posting of items at FR.
I began critiquing the liberal media close to 15 years ago with vanity posts at FR. My focus was the Today show, during the awful Katie Couric era.
After posting here for 2-3 years, I was invited by Brent Bozell’s Media Research Center to become a professional blogger at NewsBusters, the blog they were creating at the time.
So, respecting the tradition I had established, I continued to cross-post my items here, with the knowledge and approval of the people at both FR and NewsBusters. I continue the tradition to this day.
I do not cross-post my work anywhere else.
So, normally you cross post, but this time you excerpted instead?
And your latest “offering” has ALSO been moved to the blog section.
No. I have always cross-posted an excerpt, not the full article.
Please understand that I have been doing this for over ten years, and for thousands of posts.
It's high time somebody put a stop to your traffic-theft, then.
Thanks, BykrkBayb. Same to you.
After failing to make "the big time" you've once again fetched up upon our shores.
There have been considerable expenses with constructing the site.
Well, no.

It's a free Wordpress blog, available to any street derelict with access to a library computer.
I also pay a monthly subscription for a video feed that allows me to create the YouTubes
Well.. no again. You have a Youtube channel, also free, upon which you stick videos made by others.
Id appreciate them clicking over to FinkelBlog.
I'm sure you would.
See you soon.
Each of your allegations is incorrect.
Here are the facts.
I haven’t “fetched up on our shores” once again. I have been cross-posting my NewsBusters and Legal Insurrection items for about 12 years—thousands of items I am doing nothing different now that I have my own blog.
There WAS considerable expense in constructing the site. Although WordPress is free, I paid a local firm $300 dollars to design the site, and am paying $60/month for hosting and help.
I create every YouTube that I post: I am not posting other people’s YouTubes. In order to do that, I subscribe to Grabien, paying a monthly fee to get video feeds of a number of channels that I can download and edit and then upload to YouTube.
I’d also like to address the substance.
For going on 15 years now, I have been doing my best to aid the conservative cause by exposing liberal media bias. I began doing vanity posts here, focusing mainly on the Today show during the Katie Couric era, then at NewsBusters, Legal Insurrection, and now at FinkelBlog.
There are many FReepers who find my work useful and interesting. My Liberal Media Ping list has over 100 members. My posts regularly attract many comments. My work has been favorably cited by many leading conservatives, including Rush Limbaugh.
I’m not stealing anyone else’s work. I write every word. My YouTubes are provided so that readers can see for themselves what I’m writing about. They are short, and well within the Fair Comment exception to the copyright laws.
Now that I am out on my own, this is largely a labor of love. As mentioned in my previous comment, I’ve expended a considerable amount of money in getting FinkelBlog going. So far, YouTube projects that my videos have earned a grand total of $8.16. If I could break even on my work, I’d be thrilled.
I don’t understand your campaign against my work. I’m just a fellow conservative out here, doing my best.
There's one born every minute.
I create every YouTube that I post
Unless you're in the studio at Fox or MSN or CNN or where ever, camera in hand.. no you don't.
You're snatching up other people's material in order to comment on it.
Sure, a few suckers will fall for this.
Hopefully someone will point out the deception.
You accuse me of “snatching” other people’s material. On other occasions, you have accused me of stealing.
I have mentioned the Fair Comment exception to you several times. I do not recall you’re ever responding to make the argument that my use is not in accordance with it.
Here is the definition of Fair Comment:
A legal doctrine that portions of copyrighted materials may be used without permission of the copyright owner provided the use is fair and reasonable, does not substantially impair the value of the materials, and does not curtail the profits reasonably expected by the owner.
I believe that my use clearly fits within the definition.
