This week, the fan-favorite Daredevil creative team of Mark Waid and Chris Samnee bring Captain America out of Secret Empire and into Legacy. And despite the initiatives focus on the past, Waid and Samnee are all about moving Steve Rogers forward - out of Hydra, and out of New York.
Starting with November 1s Captain America #695, Rogers will leave the big city to get back in touch with the heartland of America. Newsarama spoke to Waid and Samnee on the eve of the issues release to find out what it takes to get Steve Rogers back in Americas good graces, and whether theyll answer the question of Steves redemption.

I think the plan should be to wait some days and then go for Captain America #695 white cover when Batman Lost #1 is available here. Otherwise I am paying more for the train than the comic book. I don’t think many people are after the white cover.
It seems the Hulk will be back for real this time, as part of the Marvel Legacy push to restore classic characters to their previous positions in the Marvel Universe. Sam Wilson has already returned to his role as the Falcon, leaving the real Steve Rogers to reclaim the mantle of Captain America. Tony Stark recently woke from his coma, setting him on the path to becoming Iron Man once again, and Marvel has been teasing Jane Foster’s death, which would clear the way for the Odinson to reclaim Mjolnir and his place as Thor.

Directed with the help of Alfred back at the Bat Cave, Batman drives the Bat Mobile off a bridge at the correct angle and speed so he can blast-off in his chair and land on a jet airliner that was terror attacked.
After asking about assistance from The Justice League and informed they are elsewhere or off planet Batman says: I am Gotham. I'll save it.
