Defendant Ryan Bundy who is acting in his own defense in the third Bunkerville Standoff trial, says he was mocked by the government when he asked about a camera being used by the federal government during the standoff.
But today a National Park Service manager, Mary Hinson, revealed under questioning by Bundy that a live video feed was being used at the federal government's command trailer. It was an FBI live camera rotating from a hill above Bundy Ranch.
Cliven Bundy's defense lawyer Bret Whipple was incredulous saying "How can there be a live feed they never disclosed"....."three and a half years, two trials and for the first time"...."how can you sit on this for three and a half years."........

First word of this in the media came from reporter Maxine Bernstein's Twitter feed a few hours ago.
A live cam was used by the FBI during the Bunkerville Standoff with no disclosure to the defense lawyers in the first two trials.
We find out about it today right after the jury is selected in the third trial only because the defense called in a National Parks Service manager for questioning.

The Spanish Queen Navarro is now on the point of a spear - she can show she’s on top of the law and dismiss, or take the spear when the appellate courts get a hold of this.
The Prosecutor has a different problem. He needs to start thinking about disbarment and what that implies for him.
Would it be impolite to point out that this is the Bundy groups THIRD trial. They have been declared not guilty on almost all of the charges in previous trials and this third round is on the few remaining charges on which there are hung jury decisions
Any bets that the videos the FBI have been hiding are not helpful to the prosecution?
We are only finding out about it now because the Uranium scandal is unraveling from the other side.
Given the history of this case, I think we have formally crossed that ominous flashing red line between prosecution into outright government sanctioned persecution
