What does it tell you that the first ex-POTUS to malign the USA from beyond water’s edge can’t even parrot the democrat party line?

That line is blurred into nothingness (as we all knew).

It's not pills affecting him, it's jealousy, because he tried to get the USSR to interfere in the 1984 election, but Reagan still persevered.

Ergo, if he, Carter, failed at it, nobody else can do it either, so it didn't happen.

Carter was a Washington outsider, and disliked by his party establishment. Perhaps he can relate to some of what Trump’s been going through.
