If the name of U.S. Rep. Frederica Wilson is not familiar to you, the Florida congresswoman gained props for speaking up about the injustice suffered by the family of Trayvon Martin and more recently Charles Kinsey. After news regarding slain soldier La David Johnson and Wilson confirming President Donald Trump was insensitive to the family surfaced, a trending topic, #IBelieveFrederica has cropped up defending her from Trumps attack that Wilsons comments were false.
Wilson, who was a family friend of Johnson, was in a limousine with the soldiers widow when Trump placed a call this week to offer condolences. Johnsons mother said in a Washington Post story that Trump disrespected her daughter-in-law and the family, which Wilson said she also overheard. Adding to the matter, Trumps Chief of Staff John Kelly essentially condemned Wilson for telling her version of the story while defending the president in the process.
The Fake News is going crazy with wacky Congresswoman Wilson(D), who was SECRETLY on a very personal call, and gave a total lie on content! Trump tweeted Thursday (Oct. 19).
With the White House scrambling to settle this latest political mishap, media figures such as Joy-Ann Reid and Twitter users alike have rallied around Congresswoman Wilson and saying in unison shes always been an honest straight-shooter.
Weve collected some of the responses under the #IBelieveFrederica tag below and on the following pages.

Who makes those rules? You? LOL
Dumbass.
There ya go.
Oh that is BEAUTIFUL.
Why is Twitter considered a news source? People actually quote from this intellectual sewer.
What cattle ranches are in her district? Does she own a cowboy hat shop, or did she loot a hat store?
Because we do not live in a Bubble, or do we?
The same moron probably believes that Michael Brown actually said, Hands up, dont shoot!
The owner said that dumbass.
You’re an idiot who thinks we need to see what liberals are saying, and the whole board becomes full of liberal headlines.
