Your JPG image doesn't load from the FR page, although it does if you take the link location (http://canadafreepress.com/images/uploads/kincaid101617-1.jpg) and paste it directly into the browser bar.
That suggests that maybe canadafreepress.com doesn't allow "hot-linking" from other sites.
