In my humble opinion, the Clintons have been storing damaging data on all of their opponents and colleagues (remember the “missing” 900+ FBI files) ever since they entered the political arena to a degree, that if they were ever indicted for ANYTHING, she’d dump tons and tons of incriminating files on the loving media.
I believe the reason why she and her pig of a husband will NEVER been indicted for anything is because of this loaded pile of trash on past, current, and future enemies. Those “missing’ 30,000 emails would probably have torpedoes just about every member of our past and current government officials and would just about destroy Congress
They are a vile, vicious, and disgusting couple of people holding the key to bringing down almost every part of our government; and we’d be, consequently ashamed of everything that our flag represents.
Others have pointed this out before, but let me reiterate the point. The President of the United States is the ultimate arbiter for what is and is not classified; by law. He can and does delegate some of that responsibility and authority to his cabinet members such that they may classify or declassify anything that is within their purview. If the POTUS discloses classified information then it, from that point, becomes unclassified. Also, if the SOS has classified some information then she/he may declassify it on a whim. However, the only time this will become an issue is if the SOS reveals information that is classified by another department such as DOD. Downgrading/declassification usually goes thru a procedure that determines if revealing the information will do damage to the USA but that only applies to us little people.

I think Obama and Lynch, and Holder before them, were actually being paid to collude with Hillary. How else did Obama become rich?
It would be delicious to see Trump instantly pardon Barry (to save the country, you know) while jailing Hillary.
The bottom line, unless or until the law is applied equally TO ALL, from the president to Wall Street banksters down to the street thugs etc., American society will continue to degrade until the people take it upon themselves and begin to enact justice outside of those who have sworn the oath to administer it.

Sorry, but that is just legally impossible. The President has final determination of how to classify information or handle any classified information. By definition, if he decides to do it, it is legal.
