Ever since the massacre in Las Vegas came down there has been concern about how this will affect the Third Bunkerville Standoff trial set to begin with jury selection next Tuesday at 8:30.

Seven men were set to go on trial (Cliven Bundy, Ammon Bundy, Ryan Bundy, Ryan Payne, Pete Santilli, Eric Parker and Scott Drexler.

For one of the defendants this has turned into a request to delay the trial.

It also appears that Pete Santilli has reached a plea deal with the feds. That is on "Portland Oregonian/Oregon Live" reporter Maxine Bernstein's Twitter feed.

Ammon Bundy's lawyer is reported to be supporting the motion by Ryan Payne with Ryan Bundy reported to be opposed.
