“I recommend .45acp. That being said, when I carry.....it’s usually a .380.
For young healthy strong military or police I believe a more powerful round should be the round of choice. Though 10mm/40S&W or .357 sig would be preferable........ the .45 ACP is a real thumper.
all of that being said.....I wouldn’t want to be on the receiving end of a 9mm....or evens 22lr. Like I said I carry a little pocket .380.....because it’s little and fits right in me pocket and doesn’t pull me trousers down.”
