Yes, America is the greatest country indeed, a superpower, democracy number one in the world. All the more so, it’s a high time to stop that monumental romp, and stop it as soon as possible.
Usually, a practice of erecting the monuments comes from the ancient times. Emperors and empresses, kings, queens and their family members, different kind of dictators in different countries and parts of the world, different kind of gods and goddesses, beasts, even plants, even insects and even pissing boys….. What is it? A fashion, maybe passion, and maybe people’s occupation from just having nothing to do? Oh no folks, nothing out of this. Remember other meaning or a word for ‘monument’ – memorial, and the root of this word is ‘memory’. This means, that all of the monuments were erected to memorize some people, their merits to the society and country, they served to.

Well, seems to me that the NEXT monument to be removed is the War of Memories of Viet Nam. Some of those soldiers shot and killed little children. Their grandfathers some I would expect were slave owners. It as a very political war at the time, and there could be snowflakes that think there should be NO hero status to the people who killed Civilians in Viet Nam.
The ultimate purpose of erasing history is erasing the nation.
Our war with the left requires special tactics.
When asked about taking down Confederate statues, our response should be:
“They were all Democrat racists, take them down.”
This is the only type of bumper sticker response the left will recognize.
More thoughtful, historical arguments will NOT penetrate their ignorance or bias.
I see little difference in monuments and naming US Navy capital ships after living politicians. Generally tasteless.

In today's news, BLM covered up, with a tarp, the statue of Thomas Jefferson at the University of Virginia (of all places). They are trying to destroy the origins of America, the "idea" of America.
Obama and Bin Laden shared similar ideals about transformation. One is out of office and one is in Hell,but both have their plans accomplishing their mission. We are are doing all of the work. It's like there is a spell on some people.
(Rant warning ...) As an artist, this bothers me a lot. “Just” statues of “just” mean old Confederates is where it starts ... then it would spread to synagogues, churches, copies of Scripture, statues of religious figures ...
Speech and expression are either protected for everybody ... or not for everybody. Even when we dislike, disagree or even loathe what someone has expressed ... right NOW we are free to express it.
There are some totalitarians that want to end that. Only approved speech/thought/images allowed.
Who does that sound like? (rant over)
