An interesting point, but the facts about the SPLC are worth bringing back to the fore because of its recent branding of regular folks who just happen to disagree with them as parts of a “hate group”.
You know, the machinations of the Democrat party “superdelegates” and the Democrats not adhering to a fair system have been known for years. But the Bernie voters sure cared when the Debbie Wassermann Schultz began using it as a weapon against their candidate.
During Hurricane Katrina, the methods for state governors asking for federal assistance were based upon many years previous. To wit, the federal government was NOT to embark upon any action until the state’s government made a formal request. The failed Democrat governor, Kate Blanco IIRC, refused to ask President Bush for help. Bush, to his credit, had FEMA and personnel deployed NEAR Louisiana but by law had to wait. If he went in before being asked, he would have been accused of “invading” the area.
So yeah, bringing up facts that are known about this liberal organization is just fine.
A friend of me stated during his police academy class the officer cited the SPLC, and my friend corrected him with some facts.
It is stunning to see so many cite these communist lying scumbags as if they are neutral , and tell the truth.
