Agreed, he gave them the win. He didn't have a choice. Any future decision he handed down from the bench would be overturned in an instant by the loser's attorney pointing to the post and claiming bias against their client.

Used to be, once upon a time, we had actual Liberty. This is yet another example of our leaders hastening the slide from soft core tyranny to hard core tyranny.
