BUNKERVILLE STANDOFF: Eric Parker and Scott Drexler are free and back home in Idaho

After meeting pretrial release conditions, Eric Parker and Scott Drexler made it back home by Friday.

Andrea Parker posted photos on Facebook of her husband at home with their children.

The jury found them not guilty on most charges last Tuesday and was hung on others (four for Parker, two for Drexler) but likely with 11 jurors considering them not guilty. Ricky Lovelien and Steven Stewart were found not guilty on all ten charges against them and were immediately released to freedom.

Acting US Attorney Steven Myhre in Las Vegas is the lead prosecutor in the Bunkerville Standoff case and he told US District Judge Gloria Navarro that he intends to retry Parker and Drexler for a third time on September 25th.

Myrhe's arguments at a detention hearing for Parker and Drexler last Wednesday were emotional and angry. Trial observer John Lamb described Myhre as having a "mental breakdown" in court and acting in a "childish" way.

At one point he called Eric Parker a "slithering coward with a gun" and he brought up the t-shirt Parker wore as he left jail enroute to a halfway house the night before "Jury Nullification-No Victim No Crime"......

Susan DeLemus posted on Facebook last week urging people to contact the Justice Department to stop wasting taxpayers money and demand that all charges be dismissed related to Bunkerville.

Her husband, Jerry, was co-chair of Veterans for Trump during the New Hampshire Primary last year.

Jerry DeLemus was then arrested in a dawn raid by federal marshals and charged in connection with the Bunkerville Standoff. DeLemus plead guilty, then tried to withdraw his plea but failed.

Prosecutors called for a six year sentence but Judge Gloria Navarro tacked on 15 months more in prison for Jerry DeLemus (87 month sentence)......

Navarro and Mhyre need to be dogged, everywhere they go, every minute of every single freaking day that they maintain their current jobs.

If Jeff Sessions won't do his g*ddam job, then maybe We the People should.

Jerry DeLemus was at Bundy Ranch in April 2014. He was arrested in 2016 after helping President Trump’s campaign and accused in connection with Bunkerville.

Sentenced after a guilty plea to more time than the prosecutors wanted by Judge Navarro and called a “bully vigilante” by the judge.

Washington is lacking at Justice, Interior etc. right now with too many RINO’s at the helm.

If the one’s leaving White House think a media campaign is enough, I doubt it.

No silence, no violence is the best way forward.

Let the trademark for violence be kept by folks at Antifa.

OK, Thank You.
That makes a little more sense even though the Whole Damned Situation doesn’t and never will.

This judge is out of control and needs to be removed from the bench and jailed on multiple charges of Fraud, Corruption, Jury Tampering and Constitutional Violations!!!

And the same for the Prosecution lawyer!!!

Then round up the blm thugs and do the same.

All this crap from the Fedzilla needs to STOP AS WELL!!!

America needs to RETURN TO BEING AMERICA!!!

I'm not advocating violence. What I'm suggesting is more of a "vigil." Like the troops did to Noriega when he was holed up in the Vatican Embassy in Panama.

Drive past their houses all night with loud music blaring, force them to drive through cordons of patriots when leaving home and arriving at their offices. Never give them a moment's peace.

They will see that as aggression and respond accordingly making the protestors look bad.

The courthouse is where the justice is not being administered and above Mr. Myrhe is Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

Follow Sessions around and hold protest signs, ask questions about the case?

Let Washington know this is Issue No. 1 demanding immediate action.

"Let Washington know this is Issue No. 1 demanding immediate action."

Yes, of course! Because we can trust our government to so the right thing, right? Right?

Nope. Our government does not give damn number one about us. It taxes us to death, intimidates us with weaponized administrative agencies, and applies two sets of laws, the harsher one against ordinary citizens.

There was a document created 241 years ago that basically said that if the current government is going to tax us to death and give nothing in return but more repressive laws, then we have a sacred obligation to address the situation, throw off the shackles, and create a society wherein all people can enjoy freedom and equality.

It seems to me that the same conditions exist as were present in 1776.
