And each of them were members of the Republican Party:

Nancy, you should blame the KKK and the Demoncrapic Party for the disparity.

Should also mention that the first Black directly elected U.S. senator was Edward Brooke from Massachusetts.

Also a Republican.

This period of American history known as reconstriction and the aftermath of “refederaization which brought Jim Crowe into existece never seems to be discussed during “black history month”

Whenthe need for separate toilet facilites for the races were dispensed with the democrats (in name only) came up with the “transgender” idea

Re your post 22. Thanks!Sly
In fact that should be printed up and passed around in certain urban areas

FTA: where are the statues of prominent black Republican pioneers like Joseph Rainey or Hiram Revels?

The democtat/kkk party either tore them down or made sure none were erected. Meanwhile Robert Byrd - KKK recruiter and personal friend of Pelosi was made Majority leader in the senate by the democrat/kkk party.

Wiki: serving as Senate majority leader from 1977 to 1981 and again from 1987 to 1989.

Every black elected was a Republican, which is probably why you don’t see monuments to them in the formerly Democratic Solid South or in the nation’s Capitol building, where many statues were erected while Democrats controlled Congress.

Sounds like the same reason there are no statues of Clarence Thomas.
