Boston ‘antifa’ group lists pro-police symbol with hate symbols
The New York Post ^ | August 21, 2017 | Larry Celona and Gabrielle Fonrouge

The Boston “antifa” group lumped the thin blue line pro-police symbol with a list of white nationalist, neo-nazi and alt-right logos, enraged NYPD union officials said Monday.

The thin blue line symbol is used to show support for law enforcement and commemorate fallen members who died in the line of duty and has become a symbol of police pride across the country and abroad. However, during the antifa protests in Boston over the weekend, it was shown on one of their posters as a symbol of hate to watch out for, next to images of an alt-right flag and a neo-nazi flag.

“Learn to identify these symbols and let anyone displaying them know that they are not welcome in our city! Boston is an anti-fascist zone!” the poster reads.

The Sergeant’s Benevolent Association in New York sent an email out to its members denouncing the association.

“What is happening in this country is a disgrace and the fact that a police symbol is lumped into the White Nationalist/ Neo-Nazi/ Alt-Right grouping just shows you how ignorant and reactive people can be,” the email reads.

“This behavior is horrible and we, along with our brothers and sisters across this nation, detest it!”

The SBA said officers and their families who display thin blue line symbols could be “misinterpreted as supporters of White Nationalist groups.”(continued)

Soon everyone will understand the hate The Donald felt from these thugs and the media after his Charlottesville presser. And also realize that he was 100% correct.

The sooner they are designated a terror organization the better.

This Antifa is nothing like the original Antifa from the 1930. Different mission. Different goals. Different everything. Even the Nazis they claim to hate are different.

That’s called “stolen valor”. The 1930 Antifa actually did something good unlike this one today.

If there was a real journalist writing the story, you’d think that journalist might as for a reaction from the Antifa spokesperson as to why they lumped the thin blue line logo with “hate” groups. Of course, this would require an actual journalist to write the story. An old time journalist who asks who, what, when, where why.

Maybe Antifa isn’t answering questions. It would be in their character.

Thank you. “Anti-Fascist” is not the same thing as “good”. Those who oppose fascism or national socialism because they themselves are communist, are as bad as the people they oppose. When Antifa, BLM, and KKK get in a fight THERE ARE NO GOOD GUYS.

They'd think it was a feel good show.

Charlottesville happened because Sessions did not go after them long ago.

He had every reason and right to. They violently denied civil rights to Trump supporters in California during the election. He had another chance after the Berkeley showdowns but yet again, nothing.

Since he let it fester eventually someone was bound to really get hurt. That happened, and they planned on it. Probably pushed the woman in front of the kid's car. They NEEDED a martyr.

When, and if, Rip Van Sessions is pushed into doing the right thing, this crap with the sleaze twinkie street thugs will end. And the contrived spectacles with the crocodile tears for their street fighters will evaporate.

Note the lowercase letters “antifa.” Of hisbfollows what the New York Times did.

Antifa (cap A) is a well-funded, organized domestic terrorist organization with its own flag and thousands of followers.

They want Antifa to be a spontaneous bunch of anti-Nazis. Antifa itself says they are “anarcho-communists” intent on destroying our government and evil country to remake it into a communist paradise. Anyone opposed to that is to them a “fascist.”

Second the motion, antifa are violent thugs, a radical thought police and even more dangerous than the people they claim to oppose, if for no other reason than there are more of them. The number of KKK and Nazis are minuscule, their ranks filled with informers and provocateurs, their membership universally reviled and seen as losers and trash. On the Left, antifa membership is seen as a plus, applauded by significant percentages of the media, academia and by Democrat political figures.
