Exactly Whose Civil Rights Were Violated In Charlottesville?

The Justice Department announced late Saturday that it was sending in the feds to conduct an investigation into potential civil rights violations amid all the violence that took place in Charlottesville, earlier that day. The big question is, whose civil rights were violated? Let’s review the events of the day: You had a properly permitted demonstration by a bunch of white supremacist dimwits that took place without violence; - Until, that is, those dimwits were set upon by a bunch of Antifa and Black Lives Matters agitators who were not properly permitted; - Violent clashes took place when law enforcement officials were reportedly ordered by Democrat officeholders not to try to prevent them, exactly as happened earlier in the year in Berkeley; - After the white supremacist dimwits had been dispersed, one of them decided to commit murder by driving his car into a pack of the leftist agitators, most of whom were white; - The one leftist killed by the idiot was also white.

So, whose civil rights were violated in Charlottesville on Saturday? As detestable as they are, the white supremacists did have a legal permit for their repugnant demonstrations. Violence only broke out when they were set upon by an obviously orchestrated, non-permitted group of leftist thugs. The murderer made no racial distinction about who he attempted to kill, and killed only a fellow white person.

The investigators might want to start by investigating the leftwing political activist Mayor of Charlottesville and Governor Terry McAuliffe, and determine which of them ordered the police to stand down and allow the leftwing agitators to assault the white supremacists. It is, after all, a felony for any official to knowingly make a decision that causes any protesters to be violently assaulted while in the exercise of their first amendment rights.

I’m sure there are plenty of folks on FR that actually know what oppression looks like up close and for real. 99% of these petulant whining liberal assclowns have NO clue whatsoever as to what REAL oppression looks like. They should be kissing the ground every morning waking up in the USA. Are there issues? Yes. Are the insurmountable? To them, yes. To actual thinking people, no.

Ok, so, here’s why “Blackmon” labels them all as dimwits:

There were definitely non-white supremacist groups in that right-wing crowd. But regardless, they’re still dimwits for associating themselves with the racist turds carrying nazi flags and wearing nazi t-shirts and doing their nazi salutes while chanting racist chants.

Why would “Blackmon” or any sentient human being bother to try to distinguish the various faction of that group?
I mean, it was utterly inevitable that everyone who showed up for that right-wing rally was going to be painted with the same broad brush. Only idiots would choose to associate themselves with that.

The 14th Amendment reads:
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
In the early days, "equal protection of the laws" meant exactly that. The KKK would openly commit violence, and the sheriff would ignore crimes committed against blacks, and refuse to arrest or prosecute the Klan.

This is what we are increasingly seeing: police being told to "stand down" and not interfere with Democrats committing violence against Republicans.

Gov. McAuliffe took the local police out of the picture when he put the state police in charge of the situation. He knew exactly what would happen, that’s why he was there early. This was orchestrated by him and Soros’s gangs in order to counter Pres. Trump’s rising approval poll numbers after his strong stance on North Korea last week. The Left can always rely on their fellow travelers in the Democrat media to carry their propaganda for them after they pull off one of these events.

But how can Republicans be stupid enough to help them by their clueless remarks blaming the President? Shameful.

I know you didn’t ask me, but maybe it was a question for all.

In my opinion this rally was nazi kids trying to trick the society at large and find legitimacy and acceptance by attaching themselves to a conservative cause they really care very little about. There was a rally in Houston last month where the real conservatives sent the nazi kids packing, so they decided to have a rally of their own.

Cops are about to suffer yet another wave of slaughter as a result. When police does not support people who work and support divas who do sht, then police doing sht end up supporting said Divas murdering cops because the police is seen as the enforcers of the order which would put said entitled divas to work or in jail.

More to the point: Dem-controlled jurisdictions, like California, Chicago, etc, are increasingly likely to have to declare bankruptcy due to the extent of underfunded government pensions. This includes cop pensions. Right now, do you detect much enthusiasm on the Right for bailing out cop pensions?

A proper investigation by the DoJ will show that the mayor of Charlottesville and the governor of Virginia were complicit in the violence initiated by various leftist groups such as antifa and blm.

Yes. This is why I think President Trump should cite an event that took place 40 years ago:
The Nazi march through Skokie, Illinois.

The Nazis went to court to get their permit to march. Everyone agreed their march was repugnant –especially the many Holocaust survivors who lived in Skokie.

But counter-protestors who lined the march's route did not attack. Whether this is a credit to the Skokie police department for keeping everyone in line, or not, I don't remember.

But I do remember that free speech was upheld ... and everyone went home alive.

This is one of very few articles using the words “Antifa” and “Black Lives Matter.”

Even the Fox News article “Katie Couric says her producers were sprayed with urine in Charlottesville” only mentions “white supremacists” and “counter-protesters.”

Here are the vetted facts and what REALLY happened in Charlottesville, VA:

People protesting the removal of our Confederate Monuments (American History) got a permit to protest at 10:00. Now, let’s not forget they had to take it to top Va State District Court to get their 1st Amendment right acknowledged and permit from the City & State!

Early yesterday morning Antifa members as well as BLM were being flown and bused in from around the country. (We all know who paid their way there).

At 8:45am Va Governor & Charlottesville Mayor, who didn’t want the Confederate Monument protesters there to begin with, sends police in to cancel a protest that hadn’t even started. They forced the protesters out in the streets to a waiting mob of Antifa-fa and BLM. The police were given orders to stand down and let the protesters be attacked.

This was a set up by the Virginia governor to take away protesters 1st amendment rights.
It doesn’t matter what the protesters had to say. They had a right to say it all.

Here is what really happened in VA today from a friend who was there and nothing of the truth actually made it to the media so they made up much of the crap you’re being spoon fed tonight yet people continue to believe the media ..!

And since our media is completely, and utterly incapable of reporting with honesty and transparency:

-The Alt Right organized a peaceful assembly in Charlottesville called Unite the Right.

-The organizers lawfully obtained a permit to host this event.

-Wes Bellamy, the Vice-Mayor of Charlottesville, illegally revoked the permit for this event. Wes Bellamy is a known Leftist and is affiliated with the Black Panther Party, a Black supremacist organization.

-The ACLU successfully sued Charlottesville for violating the First Amendment, and a Federal judge ruled that the permit must be reinstated and the right to assemble honored.

-Unite the Right was scheduled to take place at 12:00pm today. At 11:30am, a heavily militarized police force illegally shut down the event, physically assaulting peaceful protesters with batons and tear gas. Several people were illegally arrested.

-While evacuating, many protesters were illegally assaulted by counter-protesters from Antifa and Black Lives Matter as the police stood by and did nothing. Antifa and BLM members were recorded throwing bricks at people, using pepper spray, and throwing molotov cocktails and tear gas.

-An Antifa maggot drove his car straight in to a crowd of people, killing at least one. The state of Virginia declared a state of emergency with the National Guard on standby, and Charlottesville became the #1 news story in the world.

-The lying media intentionally portrayed this all in a way to make it look like the peaceful protesters were the perpetrators of the violence, rather than the victims, despite heavy video evidence to the contrary.

-This was an enormous breech of everyone’s First Amendment rights, and a violent police-state suppression of free speech that is now being hidden by the lying media.

The “antifa maggot” who that writer claims the driver of the death car to be, was filmed by several witnesses participating in the white supremacist rallies. There is no evidence at hand that indicates he was anything other that what he appears to be. If he does have associations with Antifa, that won’t be hard to find out.

Everyone is given an equal opportunity and equal protection under the law. That does not equate to equal outcomes. Some people are going to do better than others. Not everyone is equal.
