I would like to hear google’s explanation for why women are underrepresented at the company.
By firing James Damore for saying that women are underrepresented at google due to biological differences between men and women, did google just unintentionally admit that it discriminates against women?
Interesting enough.
By insisting that women adhere to Google’s weird pseudo-egalitarian vision, they might be driving women away. In fact I am sure they are.
This could be a big can of worms for Google.
Good. Love to see SJWs hung by their own petard. Hypocrites gotta hypocrite.
women “underrepresented”???? sez who? If google wants to employ 100% men, who cares????
I’m so tired of all this BS.
Call Gloria Allred. . .
Sessions should really be on this. The guy laid out evidence that Google is discriminating against employees in a myriad of specific provable ways. They should be made an example of to deter other organizations from engaging in the same practices. The SCOTUS has never approved of discrimination in the workplace, except as a specific remedy for a proven case of prior discrimination.
They better replace this guy with a woman or there will be big problems, a woman of color who’s blind, deaf and in a wheelchair would be best, lesbian or LGBTLMNOQ and bonus points if she was an illegal alien and couldn’t speak English.
They’re trying to have a cool, avant-garde image.
They’ve actually succeeded in looking more like the court jester.
My issue with this is that if Google should employ 100% men (in a theoretical case, where they were the best qualified), it is illegal for them to do so. Also applies to race; every large company is required to take on a certain % of “others” - and Asian men no longer count as “other” - or else they will make large contributions to the government and “victims” from lawsuits.
