I like it pulverized so I don’t know. So usually, “authentic” and homemade is anethema to me!
You'd have no problem with Connecticut or New York style; fresh, but pulverized.

Funny, I lived in CT ‘95-6 and found LC again, after it had left my MD. Never had indie pizza there. SE CT. Which at the time had lousy regular restaurants, but great high-end places.
