Immediately following the November 2016 election of Donald J. Trump as President, ”In Our America” yard signs started showing up in predominantly liberal neighborhoods all across America. In my own urban neighborhood in downtown Sacramento, made up of more than 90% Democrat voters, the signs popped up like weeds from yard to yard.
On the Nextdoor app in my city, residents even posted asking where to purchase the signs (in violation of the Nextdoor rules, BTW). I immediately made myself unpopular (as if I care) when I noted that the signs are greatly political and were created by the Portland, Oregon group, Nasty Women Get # Done PDX. Wow. The fur started flying when I pointed out that the Nasty Women support “Black Lives Matter, and I listed several of the feminist causes and groups they support, trying to show how political and one-sided this sign is, including:
Tolerant to all tolerance and diversity, ...except Christian, Conservative,
the Left hates you. Prepare accordingly.

And there the point where I part company with Liberals. A Conservative says if you don't want your kids to buy a 32oz soft drink in NYC, don't buy one. A Liberal wants to pass a law to forbid it. If a Conservative hears someone on TV spouting off about something they don't like, they change the channel. A Liberal wants to pass a law to make it illegal. The list goes on and on, but the point's the same: Liberals want to control your life by taking away your freedom of choice. Far too many people, especially young kids, are too dense to see what's happening to their freedoms. By the time these idiots wake up, the gate will be closed and they will have no way out.
Back when Sac was a military town, with three bases, it was a pretty safe little Republican-stronghold cowtown. Saturday night at the Yellow Rose. Taking kids to the drive-ins and endless summer days at the two rivers. The bases closed and threw the area into stagnation. The recent housing boom helped homeowners (but not wages), and it brought an influx of nanny-stater ingrates (encouraged by dems) who were priced out of the bay area. Nowadays, it’s become a little Portland. (Portland 43 crimes/1,000; Sac 41 crimes/1,000)
So, as much as I find the signs obnoxiously ‘I’m better than you” expressions of superiority, I’d encourage the signs. They signal to criminals that an easy mark lives there.
That's the Democrat Party: the party of slavery, the Ku Klux Klan, Jim Crow, segregation, corruption, anti-Americanism, voter fraud, assassination, every kind of evil imaginable!
They are masters at spewing hate while at the same time convincing anyone (with a feeble mind) that listens to them that it’s the opposition that hates.
Down some from my parents’ house, in official liberal planned socialist haven Kolumbia, MD, 1 neighbor has the professionally made condescension “HATE HAS NO HOME HERE” with the Love American Style heart.
