Could Attorney General Jeff Sessions end up at the Department of Homeland Security?
It’s an idea some political observers have been debating after President Trump announced Friday that John Kelly, who leads the department, would replace Reince Priebus as White House chief of staff.
Here’s how the theory goes: The president has been lashing out at Sessions for recusing himself from the Russia meddling investigation. Sessions would be able to continue his work against illegal immigration as secretary of the Department of Homeland Security. And then the president would appoint someone else to the Department of Justice who would then fire Robert Mueller as special counsel in the Russia probe.

I think Jay Sekulow would be a much better AG I love Rudy but he is to old and there is way to much going on in the justice department for Rudy to deal with at this time!!! The whole DAMNED government is as corrupt as the mafia, I think the government is MORE CORRUPT than the mafia!!!

Sounds right, l think it would better to get rid of Rosenstein he is the one who gave Mueller the blank check and no limits as long as he can take out Trump. Maybe a different deputy AG can get Mueller under control because anyone can see Mueller is on a vendetta to destroy Trump with whatever it takes.

I’m guessing Brand is another Obongo holdover so once again the recusal is the gift that keeps on giving. Could Trump recess appoint someone to replace Rosenstein who isn’t another deep state hack? Maybe Trump could comit to not dumping Sessions to avoid the Pro Forma business.
Yes I think Rachel Brand will become the new AG. She won’t need confirmation either. Solid conservative and no recusal needed.

Well ok then fire Rosenstein, the punk who set this up. Avoid the hell storm for firing Mueller or Sessions. Brand limits Mueller to what he was supposedly brought in for sounds like a plan. Seems obvious.
Rudy has said many times he would not take the job as AG.
