Kay Ivey is a solid conservative who has served Alabama well in many capacities. I am very happy to have Sleazebag Bentley out of office and Ivey in his place.

Knowing Kay Ivey I will give this general the benefit of the doubt and say it is a merit based appointment and not a gender/political one.
