I am positive that he tweets this way on purpose. While the MSM is focusing on his tweets, no one is paying attention to the rest of his cabinet and what they are doing or to what he is accomplishing.
Another motive perhaps is that the 4th of July is tomorrow, and so many families are divided. This forces the debate that must occur to reunite the country.
