Donald is using the WWE style. Of course that stuff is all choreographed, it’s rare for anybody to actually get anything more than superficial injuries, but they have blood packs, etc to amp up the gore theater.

But he’s playing to the rednecks. Even the skeptical ones are going to start getting a hoot out of this.

Should Donald Trump do this? I say heck YEAH. Now that might not be my forte or yours, but it’s his.

For goodness sake. This is WWE Kabuki-theater. It’s symbolic. It is the redneck version of a morality drama. No, the rednecks aren’t even CLOSE to doing it, any more than people actually get seriously hurt in WWE wrestling shows.

I am tired of this "Unpresidential" lament. Was it Presidential when LBJ held meetings while on the john? Was it Presidential when Clinton rented out the Lincoln Bedroom, and the other unmentionables? Was it Presidential when Stompy Foot referred to himself 45 times over the course of the speech at the memorial service for the five police officers killed in Dallas? How about this Presidential moment?

Good for me, not for thee. Go pound sand. I'd rather my President get things done than look cool and act cool. If that means he shows he's more like normal folks than the arrogant class, more power to him.
