Ditto. To hell with flying. When they start profiling, which will never happen, I might start flying but I’m not holding my breath.

Why should a perfectly innocent citizen willingly subject himself to the risk of being manhandled and having a flashlight shined up his butt to see if the light comes out of his open mouth? Not me.

If you must fly for business that is one thing but to willingly be subjected to these inspections, interrogations and invasions of privacy is something free people don’t do. If we just quit going the airlines would cry bloody murder, demand profiling and things would change.

I’ve been around awhile.I use to have to fly all the time for my job. Hell I use to have to fly when in the Air Force. I remember when you could store guns in the overheads, and the sterwrdesses handed out complementary smokes. I remember being told by stewardesses they loved the smell of my pipe! So as is today, deal me out. Not the America I grew up in.
