Good Wednesday morning and happy first day of summer. THE FACTS -- KAREN HANDEL quite easily beat JON OSSOFF in Georgia. House Republicans are now 4-0 in contested special elections since PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP won the presidency. That means Democrats have failed -- despite millions of dollars in spending -- to win a single race with a president who has a record low approval rating. Democrats are even further from the majority than they thought. Let’s be clear: something ain’t working for Democrats, party insiders privately tell us. The Ossoff race galvanized national donors and activists in a way that led many to believe House Democrats were en route to wresting control of the chamber from Republicans. That’s not how they feel this morning. Caveat: this is a Republican seat. Being close is nice. But after six years in the minority, that’s about all it is.

To the Opposition Party, every election will be a referendum on Trump.
And somewhere, at sometime, a dem will win an election and the Opposition Party will play it up like it is a World election, bigger than the presidency, bigger than anything, and they will play it over and over and over.

I think that just the fact that even one voter in that district voted for Ossof proves that Trump’s presidency is doomed and that the entire nation has turned against him and his extremist agenda.

This election was a referendum. The Dims threw everything they had at this one hoping to steal it (yes, steal). But they lost yet again. Get the message liberals: your time is up. Your message has failed. It was wrongheaded then and it is wrongheaded now.

Lets be real— though we won there are still a boatload of morons who vote DemRat in this nation. Part of that reason is the pee poor job by the GOP leadership not being teachers and leaders of conservatism instead of spineless weasel RINO’s.
Over at Dummyland they are crying about out of state Republican money in the race.
If they can’t even look up how much money was spent in the race and which party got how much out of state money they truly are dumber than rocks!
Their only hope now is a slate of half black half Hispanic transsexual candidates who have proof that the evil Russkies are hiding under every bed. :-)
They were all safe Republican seats so a 4 and 0 record should not be a surprise. We’ll see what effect Trumpcare and the tax cuts and the spending plan and the deficits have on the 2018 elections.
Do you think the media and the Democrats (but I repeat myself) will ever figure out those "record low approval ratings" are a lie, too? Or do they really KNOW they're a lie, but refuse to accept the truth?
I have issues with the GOP leadership, but it’s better to face a somewhat spineless republican Congress than actively malignant democrats. I’m cheering for this win.

I think the Republican spend was prompted by the Democrats pouring in Money from out of State. Had the Democrats not made this into a hate Trump nuclear Election, this kind of money would never have been spent.
Conclusion: Dem lost because of Russian interference in our democracy, Trumps tweets, and DNC chairman didn’t swear enough.

I’m sure there would be a lot of people in GA-6 willing to switch their vote for $200. The beauty, of course, is that it’s a secret ballot and they’ll never know who you really voted for.
