More like Haiti. Failure to protect property rights as a matter of law has really awful consequences. Human intellectual capital relocates to another country. No one is willing to invest when the risk of dilution or appropriation is high. The UK is flirting with disaster in having brought in so many third-worlders.
Would the owners get just compensation?
That’s the essence of progressivism/libralism. THEY take YOUR property to give to someone else to assuage THEIR guilt and make THEMSELVES feel generous.
