Bernie Marcus, co-founder of Home Depot, says Wednesday’s shooting of House Majority Whip Steve Scalise, officers, and others at a congressional baseball practice makes him “so worried about the life of the President of the United States.”
In an interview on the Fox Business Network Wednesday, Marcus said “I wish that the president would sit down with the leadership of the Democratic Party and say guys, let’s cut it out. Let’s get together and let’s start working together and accomplish what has to be accomplished.”
James T. Hodgkinson of Illinois fired dozens of rounds at some 45 Republican members of Congress during a baseball practice Wednesday morning in Alexandria, Virginia. Rep. Steve Scalise (R-AL) was shot in the hip but has undergone surgery for his wound and is now stable. Scalise’s Capitol Hill Police officer detail shot Hodgkinson, who later died of his injuries.
Hodgkinson’s social media accounts, however, were apparently filled with posts indicating his hatred for President Donald Trump and Republican lawmakers.....

Well, he is 88 years old now, so I hope his being born only a few months before the Stock Market Crash and living his formative years in the aftermath of The Great Depression probably does give him more insight than even we have. An elder captain of industry who supports Donald Trump deserves some credit for wisdom.
Yet, the 9/11 attackers were Saudi Arabian and Osama bin Laden was a Saudi Arabian and a member of the wealthy bin Laden family. So, you are probably wrong in that thought.
On second thought, your comment has a double negative so actually you are probably right, the Suadi’s do spend every waking moment trying to figure out a way to destroy Trump.

Pres Trump could sit down with every single member of congress and it wouldn’t leash the hounds that the radical left has unleashed and cannot control.
The current political situation in the USA is reaching a critical status. While Trump could try to make some gesture towards peace with the Democrats. One has to remember they started the fight. The Democrats lost an election that was supposedly a guaranteed shoo in for Hillary. They used every underhanded deal in the play book. They lost anyway. They are not going to go away no matter how much Trump tries to placate them. The Democrats could call their henchmen (CNN and NYT) but that is not going to happen. 0bamas goal is still being sought, to destroy the USA as we know and love it. The radicals are doing just that even though we do not have 0bama in office any more

...as he frolics down the Yellow Brick Road. What the hell fairy tail is he living in, anyhow? The Democrats will NEVER EVER “cut it out”. Trump has done so much already to try to bring in these guys; it will not happen.
1) Announcing the appointment of a special counsel to investigate Loretta Lynch’s Obstruction of Justice concerning the Clinton email scandal
2) Opening all government files and appointing a special investigator to investigate the JFK assassination....
I add to your list that Trump should announce that he is TAKING TO THE GRAND JURY (Special Counsels are not enough) these issues:
3) The death of Antonin Scalia.
4) The death of Seth Rich.
5) The criminal enterprise of The Clinton Foundation / Clinton Initiative, or whatever the hell it is.

Good suggestion....don’t hold your breathe though, seems that President Trump is not being well advised by his RINO Chief of Staff.....what happened to putting the other guys on the defensive? Anybody else getting tired of watching our President being treated like a pinata?
