Look, the president of the United States, as we all know, is a unitary executive, Sekulow said on ABCs This Week. But the president is going to seek the advice of his counsel and inside the government as well as outside. And I'm not going to speculate on what he will, or will not, do. Unnecessarily defensive and contentious reply. Why?

I think Jay is just fed up with how this President is being treated and how far many will go to force him out of the Presidency.

Unnecessarily defensive and contentious reply. Why? How about it was a stupid and "gotcha" kind of question? How is Sekulow supposed to know? If he had said. "no", and Trump then fired Mueller, the media would be shouting, "but Jay Sekulow said you wouldn't!!! Scandal!! Scandal!".
Of course, that's the reason why Mueller was hired......
