So Comey delayed his appearance before the Senate so he could collaborate with the guy appointed to investigate the President who fired him. It just screams impropriety yet no one said a word against it. Not even the GOP Senators who knew Trump was not under investigation 4 months ago. I just loath these bastards.

Sundance at The Conservative Treehouse points out that a ton of people in government, including many many Republicans, knew that Comey had said that Trump was not under investigation and they said NOTHING. He also said that we can’t forget that 90% of D.C. voted for Hillary.
Mueller has a conflict of interest because of his personal relationship with Comey. Comey is a fact witness and should be a target of the Special Counsel because of his leaks and other misconduct. Furthermore, Comey admitted in his testimony he played a critical role in getting his friend Mueller appointed as Special Counsel.
Rosenstein needs to ask Mueller to explain publicly why he has not resigned in light of this conflict of interest.
Trump’s lawyers should file a complaint with the DC Office of Disciplinary Counsel and with the DOJ because of Mueller’s confict of interest.
Mueller should never have been appointed, and should have been fired yesterday.
Mueller is up to his eyeballs in conflict and not stepping down indicates he is just a crooked hack like his bud Comey the deceitful.

A very misleading headline. When asked about the possibility of firing Mueller, Jay Sekulow never said “he wouldn’t rule it out.” He said he refused to engage in speculation about that possibility. There’s a big difference between the two.
Trump’s not a suspect. There is no need for a special prosecutor. He is in charge of law enforcement, and if chasing down phony hoaxes is not his priority, he is entitled to have no investigation at all.
Firing Mueller could have two good consequences. He would order Rosenstein to do it, since Sessions is recused. Rosenstein might refuse. Rosenstein could then be fired. He’s a Bush nevertrumper, and his appointment of Mueller proves he’s part of the swamp. Good excuse to be rid of him.
